To support the growth of our Training & Services activities, we are recruiting an Administrative Assistant – Training & Services, reporting to the Training & Services Manager.

You will play a central role in our BIM training operations (Autodesk, Trimble, MagiCAD…), managing the full training lifecycle: learner registrations, annual planning, coordination of trainers and resources (classrooms, equipment, catering), administrative follow-up and billing preparation.

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role or in a training / services / technology environment
  • Trilingual FR / NL / EN
  • Strong IT skills, familiar with CRM/ERP and management systems
  • Well-organized, reliable, solution-oriented, with a strong service mindset
