At TASE (Technological Application Service and Engineering), accounting goes beyond bookkeeping: it is a strategic management tool supporting performance, reliability and sustainable growth.

As part of the implementation of Odoo as our central ERP, we are recruiting an Accountant, reporting directly to the Managing & Finance Director.

Your role

You will manage general accounting in close collaboration with our external accounting firm and play an active role in the implementation, structuring and continuous improvement of Odoo.

Key responsibilities:

• General accounting: entries, controls, reconciliations
• Preparation of interim trial balances
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of year-end closings: annual balances, statutory accounts and tax filings
• Active contribution to the implementation and optimisation of Odoo ERP
• Structuring, simplifying and securing internal financial information flows
• Providing accounting and financial support to internal teams to support TASE’s growth

Your profile

• Several years of experience in accounting (SMEs, services or technology-driven environments)
• High level of autonomy, strong sense of responsibility and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interest in digital tools and ERP systems, ideally Odoo
• Bilingual FR / NL, English is a strong asset
